Reformer Pilates has become a commonly used term to describe Pilates that is taught on the equipment rather than on a mat. In order to experience the entire Pilates repertoire my sessions incorporate all Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac and wundachair. I teach Private sessions, 2 person and 3 person and they're all held in my very private Studio in Chesham Bois. All sessions can be booked on the book now tab. You choose the hour from my schedule, allocate the service to that hour and then you'll be shown your payment options
